Acupuncture is a system of healing which has been practised
in China for centuries.
Chinese philosophy states that health is dependant on the
body's motivating energy (Qi) moving in a smooth and balanced
way through a series of channels. By inserting needles into
these channels an acupuncturists stimulates the healing response
and restores the natural balance.
