                                                                               NUTRITIONAL THERAPY:

KATE CHAYTOR-NORRIS, Dip ION, mBANT, CNHC

Nutritional Therapy is a holistic therapy that looks at all of the systems of the body such as:

  • The Digestive System

  • The Cardiovascular System

  • The Immune System

  • The Endocrine System (all hormones)

  • The Musculoskeletal System

  • The Neurological System

  • The Skin System

All of these systems have the ability to heal themselves, if they are given the right nutrients and environment

to do so.  In addition to looking at the diet, Nutritional Therapy also looks at lifestyle, eg. levels of stress,

exposure to environmental toxins and levels and types of exercise taken.  A programme is created

with the client which may include changes to diet and lifestyle with possible recommendations for supplements

and further tests to give the best possible chance of achieving optimum health and performance.

What issues can Nutritional Therapy help with

What to expect in a consultation

The first consultation will last approximately one hour. You will have been asked to fill in a questionnaire before

our consultation and we will go through this, as there are usually additional questions that need to be asked.

I will then explain what I believe is happening in your body with regard to your symptoms and then together

we will agree to some changes that could help to relieve symptoms.

After approximately four weeks, we have a further consultation to review your health, and further changes

may or may not be made to your programme.
